A Closer Look at Rockford Freshman Center

With the Rockford Freshman Center now complete, we’re taking one more look at the spaces that have come together throughout the project.

The new Media Center is the highlight of this photo update, with large windows, comfortable reading areas and plenty of room for group work and collaboration. It’s a bright, welcoming space designed to give students room to read, learn and work together.

We’re also sharing another look at the lab spaces we featured earlier this year. Those spaces have been in use for months, giving students dedicated areas for hands-on learning and exploration.

From the Media Center to the labs, each space was designed with the needs of students and staff in mind. Take a look through the photos to see more of the finished spaces at Rockford Freshman Center.
