After months of waiting, the 18'x33' scoreboard has been installed!
The new scoreboard will allow for optimal view the field, and have customized sizing to ensure that words, numbers, and visual displays can be seen throughout the stadium. The speaker that will accompany the large screen sits at an astounding 8'x6'.
Starting on June 6, 2021, crews will beginning the demolition phase in preparation of the new and improved Mondo Track surfacing.
Pictured above is the new field events location. Once completed, this will also include the new Mondo Track surfacing.
And, in the final stages of completion, the front entrance and tickets booths are being freshly painted.
There will be additions to the home side press box, including an elevator lift. Both sides of the current building will be extended.
Pictured above is the view from the concession and lounge area which overlooks the football field and scoreboard. The project's tentative completion date is set for December 2021.
